● Due to the characteristics of conical screws, the feeding section has a larger diameter, which is beneficial for material plasticization due to its larger heat transfer area and shear rate. The measuring section has a smaller screw diameter, which reduces the heat transfer area and shear rate on the melt, allowing the melt to be extruded at lower temperatures and resulting in higher extrusion yields.

● Equipped with a quantitative feeding device to match the extrusion amount with the feeding amount, ensuring stable extrusion of the product.

● The the first mock examination and four cavities extrude the mold evenly. The fixed diameter sleeve runs horizontally through the vacuum chamber, providing good cooling effect and convenient tubing.
