2) Pipes are not allowed to be placed randomly on the construction site. They must be stacked neatly and covered with a sunshade net. In case of delayed construction in special circumstances or long holidays, the pipes must undergo safety inspections to ensure that they will not be damaged by sunlight before they can be temporarily placed.
3) Change your perspective and raise awareness that sunlight temperature can seriously damage pipes and affect their service life, so as to consciously consider measures to prevent sunlight damage to pipes as an important component of improving and maintaining pipe quality, and care about pipe quality from top to bottom.
4) If in special circumstances, it has been found that the pipes have been damaged due to prolonged outdoor storage time or insufficient protection, such as discoloration, deformation, etc., then this batch of pipes must be transported back to the factory as scrap for crushing. Do not be greedy for small profits and bury the finished products underground. Otherwise, the losses caused are incalculable.
5) Pay attention to the basic construction of the storage yard. Generally, the storage yard is 4-10 times larger than the production workshop. The yard should have a hard ground, preferably with an additional layer of hollow bricks laid on the hard sandy soil surface. Cement flooring is generally not recommended. The yard should be square, with roads planned on all sides and convenient access to pipes. The number of stacking layers should be controlled, with 6 layers or less for large pipes (>500mm) and 8 layers for small pipes (<500mm).
6) The yard must be equipped with a sunshade roof, which can be made of colored tile steel plates and colored PVC sunshades. Temporary stacking of pipes must be covered with sunshade nets. It is strictly prohibited to randomly stack pipes on the outdoor ground. If they are temporarily stacked, they should also be neatly stacked and covered with a sunshade net.
